Title：Business Development Manager

Due to a promotion in our team, we are hiring another business development manager to take over a mix of existing accounts and new sales territory. To excel in this role you should be an active listener, have a compelling sales personality, and a hunger to chase and close new business from cold calls and inbound warm leads.

Business Development Manager Responsibilities

· Identify new & high-value account prospects, and facilitate our business growth by exploring potential clients；

· Develop and present impressive pitches to expand business opportunities and to promote our existing services；

· To build and develop lasting business relationships through trusted advisory role；

· To handle client and project management, inclusive of obtaining client's project requirement, design briefing and presentation, preparation of quotation and costing sheet, and to obtain contract confirmation.

Business Development Manager Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.

2. Experience in sales, marketing or related field.

3. Strong communication skills and IT fluency, comfortable using a computer for various tasks

4. Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.

5. Excellent organizational skills.

6. Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.

7. Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

8. Good Chinese（Mandarin） and English speaking skill is a must
