招聘職位：財務經理 Financial Manager

月薪：15000，MPF 750

職責：

1、負責日常收支管理和核對、會計憑證、出納、稅務、審計工作；

2、使用ERP系統，進行財務成本控製核算，庫存記錄、進貨核對；

3、認真核對並確認客戶的每一筆回款，做好客戶回款的審核確認工作，編製收款會計憑證並登記應收帳款明細帳；

4、每月提供上月客戶回款計劃執行情況及本月回款計劃統計表，每月向總經理報送一份應收帳款分析明細表；

5、對應收帳款金額較大、帳齡較長的客戶，進行重點跟蹤。包括及時與客戶對帳，協調跟進帳務處理；

6、重點負責內地業務的稅務和財務工作；

7、負責結賬、編製會計報表，安排各項稅費的申報事宜；

8、協助總經理完成其他日常事務性工作。

1. Be responsible for daily revenue and expense management, as well as check, accounting vouchers, cashier, and tax affairs;

2. Carry out financial cost control, inventory records, and inventory verification;

3. Check and confirm each customer's payment, prepare accounting vouchers, and register accounts receivable details;

4. Provide monthly customer return plan implementation and statistics, and submit a monthly report of accounts receivable analysis to the general manager;

5. Tracking customers with large amounts of accounts receivable, including timely reconciliation with customers, coordination and follow-up of account processing;

6. Mainly responsible for tax and financial work of mainland business;

7. Be responsible for closing accounts, preparing financial statements and arranging the declaration of various taxes and fees;

8. Assisted the general manager in completing other routine work.

任職要求：

1.本科及以上學歷，最少10年工作經驗；

2.精通中西方財務核算系統，以及公司財務會計、審計、稅務、外匯等業務；

3.熟悉會計操作、會計核算及審計的全套流程與管理；

4.熟悉國家財經法律法規和稅收政策及相關賬務的處理方法；

5.熟悉財務管理、企業融資及資本運作；

6.良好的口頭及書面表達能力；

7.有良好的政府、銀行關系，有一定的融資能力；

8.熟悉內地財務、稅務系統。

1. Bachelor degree or above with at least 10 years working experience;

2. Proficient in Chinese and western financial accounting system, as well as corporate financial accounting, auditing, taxation, foreign exchange and other business;

3. Be familiar with the accounting process, bookkeeping, and audit of all relevant management procedures;

4. Be familiar with the national financial laws, rules, and tax laws, as well as the associated bookkeeping processing procedures;

5. Be familiar with capital operations, enterprise financing, and financial administration;

6. Effective verbal and written speaking abilities;

7. A strong partnership between the government and the bank, with reliable funding;

8. Be knowledgeable about the Mainland's tax and financial systems.
