WE ARE HIRING - Vice President 副总经理

1). Develop company’s business plan, improve the supply chain system for construction, operation, and adaptation to the company's expanding business needs. And improve the procurement system, optimize the procurement process, and keep procurement costs and quality under control

2). In charge of product commercial procurement negotiations, as well as reviewing the terms of the procurement contract, list, and related documents in order to reduce procurement risks

3). Establish supplier evaluation system, improve supplier files, and organize supplier evaluation, certification, selection, and management

4). Coordinate and meet the company's purchasing needs, review purchase orders and payment documents, and monitor the purchasing process

5). Based on market information, participate in and assist department members in negotiating with potential and existing key customers, monitor the operation for the follow-up order, and do a good job to ensure the success rate of key customers and customer satisfaction rate;

6). To assist Hong Kong company to make departmental training plan and implement the training according to the current situation of the business team’s capability, so as to enhance the team's business competency and promote the business growth.7). Assisting the Hong Kong company in developing the department training plan based on the current business team capacity, and implementing the training to improve the team's business capacity and promote business growth.


1. 制定司经营规划,完善应链相关系统的搭建、运营,适应公司不断扩展的业务需求

完善公司采购制度,优化采购流程,控制采购的成本和质量;

2. 负责产品商务采购谈判,审核采购合同各项条款、采购清单及相关文件,降低采购风险;

3. 建立供应商评估体系,健全供应商档案资料,组织对供货商的评估、认证、筛选和管理;

4. 协调、满足公司采购需求,审核采购订单、付款单据,跟进采购流程;

5. 依据市场信息,参与及协助部门成员与潜在及现有重点客户谈判,跟踪落实后续订单操作,做好订单衔接,确保重点客户成功率和签约客户满意率;

6. 根据业务团队能力现状,协助香港公司制定部门培训计划,并落实培训的开展,提升团队业务能力,促进业务增长。
