Title: ESG Digital Consulting Manager/Senior Manager Detail

Job description:

· Establish, design and implement strategies and plans for Property Services Department's ESG projects (fire technology aspect) so as to in line with the Company and departmental objectives

· Closely work with the ESG General Manager and ESG corporate team to execute, promote, monitor and evaluate departmental ESG projects

· Cooperate with internal and external parties to prepare departmental ESG report independently

· Support teams in implementing ESG projects through data collection & analysis to meet departmental objectives and goals

· Lead the engineer team to design, supply and installation of fire safety systems, including evacuation and electrical fire alarm systems, water and gas suppression systems and portable fire equipment for buildings

· Incorporate global ESG trend / Group target into departmental ESG strategies

· Conduct quantitative & qualitative analysis for compiling and consolidating reports

· provide repair and maintenance services on fire safety systems

You are expected to possess the below skills:

1. Outstanding interpersonal ability along with strong attention to detail and a logical and pragmatic approach to problem solving

2. Can thrive under pressure and can meet deadlines as well as market regulations with a sense of urgency

3. Hand on experience of ESG and fire safety consulting is essential less experience will be considered as Manager

4. Leading a ten to twelve implementation team

5. Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives

6. Native Chinese speaker with good English writing and oral skill
